At this stage, Simply Crystals offers Australia-wide shipping only.

Australia-Wide Flat Rate Shipping

$10 Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days via Sendle.

$25 Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days via Australia Post.

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct before placing your order. Simply Crystals cannot be held responsible for parcels that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, the customer will be responsible for the additional postage costs required to resend the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of Simply Crystals' control. Tracking details will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery with the relevant carrier.
