Refund policy

Here at Simply Crystals we take care when packaging your products. Each item is checked over for defects prior to packaging. Please keep in mind that as these are formed from natural stone they may come with natural imperfections including but not limited to; fractures, holes blemishes or other imperfections that make each item unique. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items at this point in time. So please choose wisely. 

Although we take as much care as possible when packaging your products we understand that breakages from transport can occur. If this does occur please contact us via email at simplycrystalsau@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving products. a store credit will be given at the discretion of Simply Crystals
